All is quite here at the Quill save the rustle of paper, swish of paint brush, poking of needle and drawing of thread, the gathering of new inspiration. Too many designs are rattling around in my head. So what is on the work table?
Inspiration kits I am gathering to list in the Curiosity Shoppe...
From sketch to stitch piece, background or fabric book page maybe?
A painted canvas background inspired by a book cover...
This is pretty much how my weekend went, how about yours?
Looks like you had an awesome weekend Miss Sandy - your little kits looks wonderful.

Don't you just LOVE rusty gold! I've been digging up all kinds of fun things with my metal detector for use in art. It's so much fun! Love your creations! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteI yakked about my weekend all weekend long. I'm becoming a regular magpie.
ReplyDeleteMaking up little kits? Did you happen to notice that I printed Dawn's fern image onto the book pages you gave me and there they hang on the window frame in my header? It's a nice switch from the cups. I did steal the idea from someone...wish I could remember from whom...
Just my kind of weekend!!! I love these beautiful snippets of creative pieces!

ReplyDeleteThe Marie Antoinette book is a bit risque, so be warned. But such was palace life.
