Exquisite Links.....

Think Oscar Mayer hot dogs while reading the next few lines...

"Oh I wish I were a better blogger,
That is what I'd truly like to be,
'Cause if I were a better blogger,
Then I'd do more posts than the weekly three!"

I really do wish I were a better everyday blogger but I just can't seem to achieve that level of blogging no matter how hard I try. I just get blog block and draw a blank on what to post on daily. I am more of an inspired blogger. I have to be inspired by something in order to post.
I greatly admire those who post daily and I hope to achieve that status someday but for now I have decided to relax and accept that I am for the most part a Monday, Wednesday, Friday blogger and let it go at that! But, sometime I might surprise you!

Since you can't always find something new here at the Quill, why not try some of these exquisite links below. I mean blogs, not hot dogs! These are some new links on my blog roll page.

If you would like to use my beautiful box top at the top of this post for your artwork, feel free to snag it! Handy hubby thought I was nuts for buying an empty box but, well, I found it...exquisite!

Forget Me Nots From Wren Cottage is where Madai shares her little world of dreams, wishes, and wonders. It is a place you will not soon forget! (Love her sidebar as much as her posts!) Now how could you possible resist stepping through a cottage door painted blue? Doesn't that key just becon you to enter? (Madai's photo)
All About Pretty is where Laura shares her love of all things pretty! Her pretty heart glows in her art as she give God the glory. Now isn't this a pretty way to display pretty glass posy's? For more prtty ideas pay Laura a visit. (Laura's photo) Queen of Tarte is where Cindy showcases her flair for vinatge finds. Cindy has a small business, Tarte, which allows her to follow her passion of selling vintage items and antiques as well as transforming old items into new things. She also loves a good French style find that she can reupholster with old linens. Below is some of the Tarte style. (Cindy's photos)Ragamuffin Gal is where you will find Katie and her heart for art and children. Miss Katie is fond of counting her blessings and sharing her talents. Stop by and get to know Katie and I know you will be blessed. I just love this journal she made for a friend.Vintage Flair is where you will find Lori. Lori is an artist that has been featured in some of the Somerset publications and I think the only other blogger I know who lives in my state! Lori makes delicate art and has a flair for decorating with vintage finds. I love this piece she recently did to be sold at a fund raiser. (Lori's photo) Shabby Scraps is where you will find Tiffany. Tiffany's blog is about her dream of beauty through vintage inspired art and living. Her style is anything but shabby! Just look at this romantic tag she created. (Tiffany's photo)These are just a few pretty places that I have stumbled upon lately. I hope you enjoy them too!

Blessings,
Miss Sandy

Thank you so much Miss Sandy! 3 times a week is great. Sometimes I feel like the worst blogger ever. But being single with a huge yard/garden, 40hr/wk day job, 4 pets I prefer to spend the bit of free time I do find creating so I sometimes only blog 3 times per month. I aspire to blog as often and as beautifully as you but like you I have to just accept what I can do right now, and someday I hope to surprise as well. God bless, Laura

Thanks for the funny blogging poem. I can relate! A fellow blogger reminded me recently to not get down on myself for not posting all the time. I too tend to write when inspired.

I love all your beautiful pictures and inspiring craft projects!

Blessings,
debbie
